Rich Cox
Rich started improvImpact in 2008 to bring high-engagement training and coaching to people and organizations. Rich continues learning, performing, and teaching improv with BATS Improv On-The-Go, improvImpact, Stanford University, Secret Improv Society, Big City Improv, Bionic Improv Theater, and The Crew.
Rich helps individuals and teams explore change and increase their performance in communication, collaboration and creativity. Drawing on fifteen years of experience as an improv coach, business consultant, and engineer, Rich brings Applied Improv to organizations. These tools provide a low-risk, high-impact environment that engages the whole team in “group flow”. His focus on people and outcomes provides a variety of experiences challenging each person in different ways.
Rich has worked as an actor/improvisor, coach, consultant, photographer, designer, software engineer, marketing executive, E-commerce CEO, and musician. In 2003 Rich walked from Mexico to Canada on the Pacific Crest Trail.
William Hall

William Hall
William lives in San Francisco, California. He is a professional Trade Show Presenter, Actor and Trainer.
Many companies have trusted him to present their message including: HP, Microsoft, Sony, Oracle, Cisco, Apple, Sun Microsystems, and National Semiconductor.
As an actor, he has appeared in numerous feature films, including Twisted with Ashley Judd (yes, it’s a speaking part).
He has appeared in television shows including as a recurring character in the (short lived) series Fortune Dane with Carl Wethers. He has appeared in television and radio commercials, including a McDonalds Happy meals Commercial as the talking french-fries.
He has appeared in hundreds of corporate videos including, AT&T, HP, Sega, Wells Fargo, SBC and Intel.
He founded the BATS Improv Theater and School for Improvisation. William served as the President of the Board of Directors for five years and remains active as an instructor, performer and advisor.
William has led improvisation workshops for Stanford University, the University of Texas, and San Francisco State University.
He is a founding member of Fratelli Bologna, a business theater company helping corporations communicate using improvisational theory and theater to improv communication and inspire change. With FB, William has been an entertainment consultant to Disneyland, the Queen Mary and the World of Coca-Cola.
As a trainer, William has lead presentation training, innovation, teamwork and creativity workshops for numerous companies, including Google, Bank of America and Charles Schwab.
